Migration and terms for your workload
When a standard plan is not enough, we can agree on migration, billing term, network options, and managed work. Scope, location, timing, and price are confirmed before payment.
What can be agreed
VPS or server migration
Before work starts, we define data volume, services, the maintenance window, DNS changes, and a rollback plan. Any discount or included work applies only when confirmed in an invoice or ticket.
Long-term billing
For a VPS or dedicated server, you can request an individual billing period and price. Only terms shown in the order, invoice, or ticket before payment apply.
Port and IPv4 networking
We check location availability, port speed, traffic allowance, individual IPv4 addresses or a /24 subnet, RDNS, GRE, and ACL. Price depends on the site and configuration.
Managed launch
For managed workloads, we define the OS and control panel, monitoring, backups, responsibility boundaries, and response time for the selected plan.
